We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of anime merchandise and toys. If you're not happy with your order, here is our policy for returns and refunds.

📅 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • Unused/Unworn: The item must be unworn or unused.

  • Tags and Packaging: It must have all original tags attached and be in its original, undamaged packaging (e.g., unopened blister packs, original box).

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


📧 How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Us: To start a return, please contact us first at flasherstore@gmail.com. Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return.

  2. Return Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label (if applicable) and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Shipment: Items sent back to us without first requesting and receiving an approved return authorization will not be accepted.

🚨 Damages and Issues (Immediate Action Required)

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If you find any issues, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the problem and make it right.

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If the item is broken, defective, or damaged upon arrival.

  • Wrong Item: If you receive the incorrect anime figure, plush, or merchandise.


❌ Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please review this list before initiating a return:

Gift Cards Physical or digital gift cards. Cannot be returned.

Unopened Items: Due to the collector nature of many items, we reserve the right to decline a return on sealed items (like trading card packs or blind boxes) if the item is opened, unless the item is defective.

🔄 Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have (following the "How to Start a Return" process). Once your return is accepted, you should then make a separate purchase for the new item.


🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union (EU), you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days from the day you received the goods, for any reason and without justification.

  • The return must still meet the eligibility criteria: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 10 to 15 business days for the refund to be processed by your bank or credit card company and officially posted to your account.

Delayed Refunds:

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company/bank. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at flasherstore@gmail.com so we can investigate.
